About Potatocare
Potato production is becoming increasingly more specialised as growers target new niche markets demanding even higher standards of quality. Each of these new markets demands from the grower different agronomic provision. Until now growers have had no one source of integrated in-field advice to which they could turn. However, in response to a growing demand for information, CSC Cropcare has launched an exciting new service -
POTATOCARE
Potatocare will assist growers on a local basis to satisfy the agronomic demands of these specialist markets and, thereby, to achieve the quality of product required.
Potatocare offers the grower a choice of advice packages depending on the level of service required. Each package allows the grower to draw on advice from CSC's local potato specialist supported by full analytical back-up and in-house field trials.
Potatoes in Practice is an event held at SCRI’s Balruddery
Farm and is supported by the Potato Council, CSC Potatocare, SAC, SCRI and the
potato industry. It annually attracts 600+ people from the industry. This years
event is on Thursday the 12th of August, a link to the main Potatoes
