About Cropcare
CropCare, a successful and innovative agronomy service, offers the modern arable grower cost effective access to the latest technology in crop husbandry, in a climate of changing agronomic and political circumstances.
Currently CropCare serves over 500 clients farming 250,000 acres in the North of the UK. With extensive trials programmes on all the major combinable crops, CropCare is able to tailor advice to keep growers one-step ahead and maximise their returns.
lt only takes one piece of good advice to pay for the service!
As an innovative service, CropCare continues to lead the way. Since its launch, CropCare has successfully introduced Strobilurin technology, adjuvants to enhance the effect of targeted dose fungicides, trace elements and growth regulators, foliar phosphates in potatoes, and soil conditioners.
Our philosophy at CropCare is to offer local advice sourced from Agronomy Centres, located from Aberdeenshire to Yorkshire.
In these Centres, new varieties of combinable crops are trialled under local conditions with different management regimes where new crop protection products are assessed.
A team of Regional Agronomists and CSC Crop Protection representatives provide advice on the optimum targeting of all arable inputs.
CropCare offers the grower a choice of agronomy packages depending on the level of service and field walking required. Each package gives the grower access to in-house trials work and a range of analytical services ranging from soil and tissue analysis to disease diagnosis.
